The ideas of the future uses of the computer are pre-consulted with the customer, respectively the operating system and the programs it will run. We're able to optimally customise the given computer according to this data and most of our customers leave satisfied and eventually they see in the future, that their neighbour who bought the cheapest computer in the country was foolish, because he's constantly having his computer serviced due to some problem and has other various problems.

The customer can usually choose from either a brand-name server that we usually choose from the IBM/LENOVO or Fujitsu-Siemens product lines, or a server composed of components that we recommend. But the customer always makes the choice - we only offer the solution that appears to be the most acceptable in the given situation and regarding the financial options of our customer. We know that a server isn't purchased for a month, but for a long time during which it must reliably function.

We perform both common operating system installations like Windows 95/NT4/98/ME/2000/XP/Vista, and installations of the server systems Windows NT/2000/2003 (where we also perform extensive installations of terminal functions). Though we only install legal software, that means that the customer either provides a valid licence (if the given type of software requires it) or the installation is done by software purchased by us, usually as an OEM to the purchased PC.

We perform data backup to CDROMs/DVDs. Usually it's the case of data brought in on another medium e.g. a hard disk, from which we create the CDROM/DVD while one waits. Of course, we also perform CDROM/DVD copying, but in this case the customer must agree that the medium isn't copyright or otherwise protected in a way that would prevent the creation of the copy. Our company doesn't scan the contents of the CDROM/DVD or individual data due to confidentiality, therefore the customer can be certain of the privacy protection of his data.
